I PURCHASED MY CADILLAC STS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I HAVE PURCHASED VEHICLES FROM MANY DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS IN MY LIFETIME , AND THIS EXPERIANCE BY FAR HAS BEEN THE BEST EVER.
WHEN I SPOKE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER GREG, AND TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTOMOBILE. HE GOT ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AT A GREAT PRICE. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE THAT I WANTED ON THE LOT, BUT GREG WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE EXACT VEHICLE INCLUDING THE EQUIPMENT, AND THE COLOR THAT I WANTED.
THE VEHICLE WAS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME. THEY HAD THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BY LEMON BUSTERS, HAD A CARFAX REPORT COMPLETED, AND ALSO HAD THE VEHICLE TAKEN TO THE LOCAL CADILLAC DEALERSHIP FOR ANOTHER COMPLETE INSPECTION. HE HAD THE CAR DETAILED, AND THE WINDOWS TINTED.
GREG AND HIS DEALERSHIP DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. EVERYTHING THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO, WAS DONE.
I KNOW THAT I NOW HAVE A DEALERSHIP WHERE I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE REFERING FRIENDS, AND FAMILY TO PURCHASE A GOOD QUALITY CAR, AND WILL BE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. I INTEND TO PURCHASE ALL MY FUTURE VEHICLES FROM THIS IS DEALERSHIP.

In response to unsatisfied customer we did repair the original leak and we did everything in our power to resolve the situation including settled arbitration with the BBB. Customer actually had/has an extended warranty on this car. Customer fails to mention she installed inferior parts in the car that caused major mechanical problems in the car and also put 18,000 miles on the car in 10 short months, and this vehicle was purchased with 70,000 plus miles. Another thing we found out was that 90 percent of the repair bill is due to lack of maintenance and inferior parts installed somewhere else by someone else. This was a mechanic of her choice and not recommended by us. This is a very unfortunate event that happened, however we can not be responisible for driving habits, maintenance or lack thereof.

I did not install any parts on my own to my vehicle. My vehicle was taken to two mechanics one that you orginally sent to have the radiator leak fix (which was not, because Austin BMW had to fix it, which I have in writing and the warranty I purchased repaid for) My vehicle was orginally taken to the the mechanic that you took my vehicle too. Which I don't understand how you say you didn't recommend. As far as the BBB, although you think this case was closed because I didn't respond back to your message it is not. I have taken another step through them, because the so called mediation of us going back and forth through them was not getting anything resloved. Now as far as how many miles I have put on my car, that has nothing to do with anything. If I am driving a vehicle with Mechanical failures and I take it to a shop who you clearly use, I was under the impression I brought a good use vehicle and that the shop fixed the problems that appeared quickly. I will say this, you did a great job of half ass fixing most of the problems to where they did not arise until much later. Vehicle are made to be driven, no matter how much you salesman in the auto world only except people to drive so many thousand of miles a year. I choose to live outside the city limits yet work in the city, this is what accounts for my mileage not that, that is any of your business. But to all that read this review I say again DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUSTIN FAST RISING MOTORS! I have the paper work from my warranty and both BMW dealership repair and the mechanics Austin Fast Rising Motors Sent my car too, which I in turn took it too when I kept having problems that prove I was not at fault, again driving a car with problems leads to major problems. I was sold a car with problems, that was clearly riged to last just long enough so as you can see they can say the new owner is at fault. BS!
