if my memory serves me she was the person who said she was sexually harassed by a bigtime judge. one of those he said she said cases to who do you believe. in the middle for her. do not have anything against her.

Certainly memorable. . .certainly a short period of time. . .and sticks in my mind for having a white guy in college coming to a Halloween party dressed as her in one of the most Un-Pc things I have ever seen. . .he/she kept coming up to other guys and accusing them of everything. . .rude humor. . .

She really fell on her face when objective reasoning was used on her claims. Oh, how the mighty have fallen!

The one star rating is for Clarence Thomas the only man in history that thinks it's a good Ideal to shoot off his mouth at a LAW PROFESSOR.

No credibility at all

She was not the victim, but the predator in that case. She was a jealousy-inspired bitch who wanted to sabotage someone who was going places she would never go. Tell us, Anita, are there still penis hairs in your Coke?? (LOL)

This woman should have been more humiliated, rather than lionized, for the suspicious timing of her coming forward, to smear the name of Clarence Thomas and, by association, President Bush ('41), without a shred of proof. It was a very sad and embarrassing episode in our history, and has poisoned all Senate confirmation hearings, to this day. The over-the-top partisan democrat Senators soon lost the majority to the republicans wielding the Contract with America, and deservedly so. Blacks should be doubly outraged by the unproven besmirching of the character of an accomplished black man and the Uncle Tomming that went on as a result. Shameful, but Anita showed no shame and never was taken to task by a lap-dog, sympathetic liberal media.

Unlike many women who are victimized by sexual harrassment, Ms. Hill was in a position to do something about it - which she should have done long before this overly publicized inqusition. The whole thing was a shame and mockery of justice.

Well remembered to many, even if you hated her.

Clearly a liar. If her testimony had taken place in a court of law, she would have withered under cross-examination. (Although this case could have never made it to a court because the statute of limitations were long over--another reason her charges were suspect). The real irony of the whole A.Hill/C. Thomas charade was seeing that great protector of women, TEDDY KENNEDY, question Clarence Thomas' behavior. I don't know how people stopped from laughing in his face.

Sexual harassment is a serious issue, not a political tool to bring down African Americans just for being conservative. Why wait for the hearings to bring this up? Anita Hill set the women's rights movement back a few decades. Unfortunately, some women who have been victimized don't come forward because of Anita Hill.

Appears to me that she is someone whose genuine annoyance over Clarence Thomas' obnoxious behavior was fanned into a conflagration to serve the agenda of his political opponents. In that sense, she was twice victimized.

if she had come forward with her allegations timely, she would have had a lot more credibility.
