07/18/2005 | Del Mar race track is fabulous - but it's only open in August. Do yourself a favor and have a fish taco and a margarita or 6 up the hill at the Brigantine. Great outside seating with an awesome view of the track.

12/07/2004 | It's true what they say--it is where the surf meets the turf- a nice seaside setting that no other track can compare to--however the quality of racing is well below that of Saratoga, with short fields only 8 races most days.
