FANTASTIC DENTIST and STAFF. I had the best experince ever I HIGHLY recommend Anne Lyon.

Most horrible experience. I went it for a simple cleaning. First they put a solution on your teeth that highlight plaque in purple. Then they only rinse off the back teeth and give you a mirror so you can see how "bad" your front teeth are (mind you, the hygenist doesn't ever rince the front.) Then they put a varnish on your teeth and assure you it is covered by your insurance. As you sit forever by yourself in the room, you are forced to watch commercial videos to sell you on getting cosmetic work done. These videos are disgusting and graphic. I would have gotten up, but being tangled in suction hoses and clip on bibs, you just sit and endure it.

When Anne comes in, she and hygienist whisper to themselves about your "condition"... never actually talking directly to you. Then Anne leaves. When you go to check out, you get handed this long form of all the work you need done and are presumptuous about including the payment in that day's bill. But... my cleaning was free, so didn't think much of it.

About a week later, my husband had a tooth ache. Since her office was near by, I scheduled an appointment. Turns out my visit wasn't covered, but rather lumped with his bill. I ended up paying a few hundred for some cleanings. They, of course, "forgot" to give my husband his prescriptions for antibiotics and pain medicine for the swelling. Being that it was friday, he spent the entire weekend in severe pain. By Monday i was furious that they didn't take care of him. Called on Monday -- they are closed!!! WTF. Tuesday I go in. They are so apologetic that they forgot to give him the prescriptions. No mind you that I spend the entire weekend with a man in severe pain. It was the first time I say my husband cry.

Six months later. I just receive another bill in the mail... some of the items are listed as "Unspecified Proceedure"

Anne Lyon is a QUACK! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE.
