After a mistake was made in my contact lens order, the staff refused to return the contacts, offerred to order more (of a different, incorrect manufacturer). Dr. Mooney stepped in with a shrug of the shoulders. Not exactly helpful. When the office manager suggested I go elsewhere if I wanted a faster resolution to the situation(had made 3 or 4 trips to their office and quite a bit of phone time), I did. Save yourself the extra work, and don't go to the Anderson Mill office, or this group at all.
