This company was pathetic. The initial service call went well, the issue with our microwave was diagnosed. It fell apart from there.... all over a simple 4amp fuse. I was told there would be a phone call with an estimate for the part and then they would come back to install. We're talking a simple 4amp fuse - easy to carry these around in the truck. Nevertheless, with a 2 month year old and needing our microwave fixed (we use it to heat up water to put bottles in) they left us sitting for 3 days. I called on the 4th day and they said they hadn't found the part. What a joke. I found it in 5 minutes, ordered it within 10 and installed it the next day myself. They were unresponsive on the phone and acted like it was no big deal. Screw them. Don't do business with these jerks.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen - as soon as you've paid, their attitude changes - every one of the people I talked to (including the owner) was rude and argumentative. As they installed the 4 appliances they had just sold me, they told me they sure wouldn't have bought that stuff - too hard to maintain. I asked about return policy - once it's out the door, no returns. And they will not take messages when you call - you have to call back until the person you want is in the store.
