The worst customer service ever! Don't be fooled by their slogan, If it's not right, we'll make it right!! That couldn't be further from the truth. We had a terrible experience 14 years ago and vowed never to shop there again. 8 months ago, we decided to put the past behind us and give them another try after finding what we believed was the couch we had been looking for. To our horror, after it taking three months of very bad customer service to even get the couch, it has since fallen apart! For our trouble, the store issued a courtsey adjustment refunding our credit card $300. That was the one right thing they have ever done. After calling about the couch falling apart, Lacks said they would repair it or replace it. Now they are taking it back but are issuing a store credit of the $500. We originally purchased it for $799. plus tax and now they are rescinding their orignal courtsey discount by giving us a credit of only $500. We were not asking for cash back of more than we payed for but we feel like they should stand by their original courtesy discount by giving us a store credit for the value of the couch. All the way up the chain, Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER WILL WE SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
