I always have discrepancies over my balance in which they eventually admit to "making a mistake." It usually takes an eternity to remedy such situations because UFCU has TERRIBLE customer service! They actually charge for account information via telephone to penalize people who are too busy to come settle disputes in person. DO NOT take out a loan with this bank for ANYTHING!!!
