Jane Pierce was a tragic, damaged woman who never wanted to be First Lady with an emotionally distant and unloving husband (and an equally terrible President). And she didn't really endure it. She would have made a great book character ... she's a legend in American tragedy.

Death and tragety turned her into Mrs. Poe, I'll give her a good rating just because it's so sad what happened to her.
