Sajid Khan, Is number one in my book, I've loved him since I first set eyes on him in the 60's, Sajid's not only great in the movie/t.v. series "Maya", but proved to be the best Child actor, at the age of three in "Mother India" and age ten in "Son of India". I could listen and watch him for hours, never tiring. I think now a days more people (especially kids) should watch both "Mother India" and "Son of India" to learn what courage, Strength, and the meaning of hardships are all about and seeing all this through the eyes of a three and ten your old,(Sajid). In "Maya" learning the meaning of true friendship and the words.... self respect - Values - Love - the meaning of a true family. Sajid proves all this in his films. Yes Sajid is number one for me. Sajid is still thought of today as back in the 60's, He is never far from his true fans. --Eileen--

I have always loved Sajid on all the shows from the 60's & 70's. His TV Special was the best. I wish it was on DVD. I have his only LP record he made.

Sajid Khan gave one of the best child actor performances in the Indian classic Mother India. If you check articles in Indian film history, you can find consensur on this. He was also great in Son of India as a young boy. He truly is one of the great international child actors of all time, though his films might not be as well known in North America. Lora

Did you see Sajid perform on an episode of The Big Valley or on his own TV special? What about as a child star in the movies Mother India or Son of India? He was a very good actor and did okay with his singing, too! And he was adorable as a teenager!!

the only thing i ever remember seeing him in is Maya { about a boy and his elephant} he was a teen at the time and really just a novelty for that one show. He really had no talent. I think he came from India{not sure} just a cute teen with a very short career.
