Not sure about cult status, but I have to admit the I Love Lucy formula was always funny. Lucille Ball still reigns supreme among female comedic actresses.

I give it some respect for being one of the first TV shows and for still having a fan following after so many years. However, I have never been a fan of I Love Lucy. I think it's so annoying and not funny.

I watched this show some when I was a small kid, however, by the time I had grown into my teen years the show had changed and so had my likes and dislikes. Over all however, this was a very good show.
