The only difference between Connie Chung and the rest of the left-wing media was that no one could take her seriously. Thus, CNN realized that it wouldn't be able to get it's DNC talking points across to the viewers effectively...so they got rid of her. Talk about a mistake- their ratings have since plumeted.

Connie doesn't like conservatives and will grill them on the air. That would be OK if she did it both ways, but, like Katie Couric, she doesn't.

If you feel she is not blatantly anti-Republican on the air, then you haven't paid attention to her reporting. Who can forget her You can trust me... interview with Newt Gingrich's mother. Her reputation as a journalist has never quite recovered since then.

I haven't noticed any bias, but hiring her was one of the worst mistakes CNN made. When most people think of CNN, they think of straight-forward, serious news coverage and then they go and bring this sensationalist in and almost destroy their credibility. What's next? They'll probably hire Geraldo Rivera or something and just throw journalistic integrity out the window. Oh wait a minute....
