Land Rover North America, as well as its dealers, only wants your money. They treat you like royalty during the sale and when you bring the car in for service. The minute you have a problem with the vehicle, the honeymoon is over; they point the finger at each other and give you a pletora of phone numbers to call and try to resolve the problem (note that they don't do any calling for you). In my case, my Discovery was 1 yr old (full warranty in effect) but Land Rover North America went to the extreme of asking me to contact their OEM supplier if I wanted the repairs done under warranty (but they were happy to help me if I paid the $1200+ to do the repairs). The car is GREAT, one of the best we had so far, but the company sucks!! The vehicle is only 14 months old and we are trying to get rid of it.
