As President, Harding pursued a highly conservative agenda. He signed legislation which eliminated wartime controls and slashed taxes, established a Federal budget system, restored the high protective tariff, and imposed tight limitations upon immigration. (Add picture)

Harding gets a bad rap from the historical whores who worshiped Woodrow Wilson, and the fact that after he died, some scandal occurred in his administration.

He mended the rift in the country and released from prison all the dissenters who had been locked up by Wilson and his horde of storm troopers who rounded up anyone opposed to the disastrous US intervention in Europe in World War I.

The Harding Administration was a period of Peace and Prosperity. Too bad he did not survive.
