For the average lazy American driver who is willing to blow away hundreds to save themselves about 5 seconds of time. The only positive thing about these is that they reduce accidents...a few accidents.

I love them, I can perform basic radio functions without looking and reaching way down and over, keeping my eyes on the road and both hands on the wheel.
