01/29/2007 | I am like so many others out there! I have been all over Oklahoma city looking for Fisher sun flower seeds, because they are that good! If I have Davids its the flavored ones to hide the staleness of the seed. I found Fisher seeds in Minndeapolis Mn. at my in-laws & have them shipped. I found this site while looking for a store in okc that stock them.

12/07/2004 | Fishers are tops, Davids aren't completely roasted and taste green or stale. Maybe the birds like them green and stale but not me. I found this site trying to find a store that sells fisher. I drove to 5 stores last night and finally found a bag of fishers. They're getting harder to find but worth looking for. I've actually bought a bag of Davids and thrown half the bag away due to the taste. Give me fisher any day.

04/29/2004 | Dakota Stlye sunflower seeds are far superior to Fisher. They are larger and don't get soggy and there are fewer rotten seeds. Fisher is going to fizzle out because of poor quality and taste.

02/04/2004 | Fisher has always been my least favorite. I never liked them, and for that matter, I always really thought Proctor and Gamble should just stick with cleaning products, their food products have never been superior, as you can tell if you try these sunflower seeds....

02/04/2004 | the guys who have rated this so far have got to be kidding me -- david seeds are terrible compared to fisher. david dont know how to roast anything -- & btw fisher has made a name for roasting seeds long before david seeds had that contract with the mlb in the 70's which made a generic company (david seeds) which were only sold in bulk for bird seed -- become known. the taste of fisher sunflower seeds are amrvelous & have a nutty taste. david has a unified taste -- which is that of staleness. those who say david's are better only say that because they were raised on david. i wasnt, ive taken the pepsi challenge & along with frito lay & david -- fisher is tops.
