Tom's sunflower seeds are average. I don't hate them, and I don't love them. Like Frito seeds, they just aren't salty enough. But they do tend to have alot more BAD seeds in them than Frito does. Another good snack made by Tom's is their Taco Flavored Potato Chips..delicious !
