This isn't really even a browser - it's really just a wrapper for Internet Explorer. In my opinion, it is annoying, but it was Microsoft's attempt to make AOL users feel comfortable when they switch to becoming an MSN subscriber instead. I suppose for people who have been using AOL for a long time, MSN Explorer might be a nice tool to ease them through the change. If you are an AOL user and want to know whether you'll like MSN Explorer... well I think AOL is better, though I am not an AOL user. I just think that if you use the AOL features a lot (the program built-in features, not internet content) then you'll be disappointed to find that a lot of it isn't as well-integrated with MSN. However, regardless of what internet browser you use, try using MSN.com as your home page instead of AOL.com or YAHOO.com - I think you'll find that the content is typically better or more relevant (since its content is mainly from MSNBC).

An AOL-like version of IE. Uses all the same settings, just adds a cutesy interface.

All the goodness of IE, with a butt ugly interface and broken tools too boot. Mozilla stomps this one harder then IE, not worth it to install. Also seems to gimp your box when you remove it (think AOL).

to fru-fru.... as in too many colors and a really shaky deisgn... looks liek a kid make it... just a overdone IE skin for no one who has ever use the internet before!!! dont be mislead by the butterflies and pretty colors... if you dial into MSN... i suggest using regular dialup networking/connection manager or closing the window when you are signed in and using mozilla or netscape....
