"I was there most educated employee"... ? Seriously? How can you be teaching English if you don't know the difference between "there" and "their?" I worked there for over a year, and I got my bonus every month. The pay was fantastic for a second job that worked well around my already-busy schedule, I was able to put over $1000 a month in savings due to it. What I didn't like was the promotion policy - that they would move students to a higher class without actually demonstrating mastery of the language, as long as they kept paying their $299.

they are imigrants running the co. they don't know what they are doing. I was there most educated employee and the only one with a college degree and they fired me while keeping illegals on staf who hardly speak english in the first place. they will tell you about the big bonus you can make but they wont tell you that there are a hundred reasons why you'll never get it. it is a scam. if your white DONT work here! if your an illegal alien you'll work for nothing anyway so go for it.
