So, Redoedo, does that mean that those people at Guantanamo Bay should be kept indefinitely, without any trial or access to a lawyer?...Of course bin Laden must be given a fair trial. Just killing him on the spot or whatever would set a bad precedent and before you know it, we will be shooting accused criminals before they have been convicted!

All human beigns have the right to a fair trial, regardless of being American or not. He probably is guilty but the point is YOU NEED A TRIAL FIRST. If you start making exceptions, even if the man in question is exceptionally evil who knows who else we'll start killing without a trial.

This is the common argument used by the far left, liberals and communists. First off, he dosen't deserve an American trial. He is not American, and really attacked the world, so the constitution does not apply to him. Secondly, we are at war with this man. We have evry right to do whatever we want to him if we captured him. If we say no trial, there's going to be no trial. Simple as that.
