I have been going to Dr. Ramos for a few years now. They are AWESOME there! The BEST cleaning I have ever had and always, always, always super nice! I am not sure what the las person was doing, but they have always picked up the phone and or called me back promptly! I recomend all my family and friends!

Too bad there are no negative number of stars to rate this one.... I was assigned to Ramos Family Dentistry by Cigna PPO . Over the course of 4 weeks I called their number about 10 times, never getting a response. 4 times I left a message and never heard back. Today I dialed the number again and got an answer. I expressed my concern with their practice since they ignore client's phone calls, and was told that I never called and if I'm concerned I can go somewhere else. Ugly ; (
