Jan is the sweetheart of Survivor 5. In the Reality TV fan interview, Jan explains the pet cementary. She replied " I could not stand that everyone would be stepping on the bat's body. I thought that was sad, so I just thought to bury it. We had a lot of down time, so it was an activity. Yes, it did remind me of all the animals that my kids had to bury when they were young, so it reminded me of home." Sniff! I wish her family luck.

10/25/2002 | Jan seems really sweet and I know she means well, but I'm a bit concerned about her emotional status after the whole baby bat shindig. The game seems to be taking its toll on her state of mind.
