 | trebon1038 (64) 05/08/2006 | I spend most of my day on my feet so coming home, getting something to eat and drink and plopping in front of the tv does relax me.

 | Mr.Political (18) 02/12/2005 | To me, there are a lot of different forms of relaxation. For example, if your in the mood for visual entertainment, watching TV would be a very practical thing to do.

 | Jar-Jar Binks (16) 02/12/2005 | I've always managed to sleep or relax well with the TV on. You know what I mean?

 | Randyman (105) 02/11/2005 | I do enjoy watching TV, but I won't spend the whole day doing it. If I spend too much time in front of the tube, I feel guilty, like I've wasted time, and that kills my relaxation.

 | CherrySoda99 (30) 01/28/2004 | Doesn't that like bug your eyes out or something along that line? Oh, well, if I'm watching TV, I'm usually relaxed. Unless I'm watching the game.

 | tvtator (5) 01/16/2004 | This can be relaxing as you are either sitting in your recliner or lying on your couch or bed while watching your favorite programs. It is even more relaxing with a blanket or a throw wrapped around you and some snacks and a drink beside you. However it isn't relaxing if you are obsessed with a certain show and things aren't going the way you want them to go and you start yelling at the tv screen, but that is taking it too far.

 | scarletfeather (50) 01/16/2004 | Since I think a lot of stuff on TV is pretty stupid, I don't think watching TV is a good way to relax. However, watching a dull program might be fairly nap-inducing.

 | Enkidu (37) 01/15/2004 | I didn't have a TV until earlier this year, and now I use it mainly for sports, news, and some movies. Far too much stupidity on the evil thing to be relaxing for me.

 | ClassicTVFan47 (37) 11/11/2003 | There's nothing quite like watching TV to escape that pesky reality. Great cartoons, creative dramas and witty sitcoms all work well to relax, except for the laughing muscles, of course. :)

 | Snoopy (4) 07/28/2003 | I find that coming home after my shift at the grocery store and watching The Simpsons, Wings, or some other sitcom I love really helps me to unwind and forget about the miserable customers at the store.
