It mellows me out more than Yoga.

Running's exactly relaxing but it makes u feel very good afterwards.. so I guess it kinda does. Fresh air, when u get a lot of it, is relaxing. Running takes some time getting used to, if u find yourself outta breath, slow down your pace.

It's good exercise, but it's not relaxing at all! Running and being out of breath isn't relaxing at all.

Especially if you can walk or jog in a natural setting.Just being outdoors in the fresh air can really clear your head. Most people spend way too much time indoors.

Great way to exercise and get strong yes. Great way to relax. No

My wife loves to jog but I hate it (thankfully she belongs to one of those jogging clubs). Yeah, I know it's healthy and it's a great way to exercise but as Jar-Jar so primatively put it, your actually working, not relaxing (in the conventional sense, anyway).

Of course not! When you walk or jog, you're working your legs, not relaxing them.

One of my favorite things to do. A good five mile run will relax you like nothing else.
