 | Airel (0) 07/22/2008 | Running's exactly relaxing but it makes u feel very good afterwards.. so I guess it kinda does. Fresh air, when u get a lot of it, is relaxing. Running takes some time getting used to, if u find yourself outta breath, slow down your pace.

 | dusteater (4) 05/07/2006 | It's good exercise, but it's not relaxing at all! Running and being out of breath isn't relaxing at all.

 | Djahuti (57) 02/13/2005 | Especially if you can walk or jog in a natural setting.Just being outdoors in the fresh air can really clear your head. Most people spend way too much time indoors.

 | Mr.Political (20) 02/12/2005 | My wife loves to jog but I hate it (thankfully she belongs to one of those jogging clubs). Yeah, I know it's healthy and it's a great way to exercise but as Jar-Jar so primatively put it, your actually working, not relaxing (in the conventional sense, anyway).

 | Jar-Jar Binks (17) 02/12/2005 | Of course not! When you walk or jog, you're working your legs, not relaxing them.

 | Randyman (109) 02/11/2005 | One of my favorite things to do. A good five mile run will relax you like nothing else.
