For nail polish and mascara, Maybelline is probably the best drugstore brand. Their Great Lash mascara has long been a standard on fashion runways and for good reason--it's glossy finish in classic shades (brown, brownish black, black, and very black) looks good on anyone. It lasts a long time and comes in waterproof formulas.

They have my favorite eyeshadows (color wise, texture wise, quaility wise), liquid fountatin and powder foundation.  Their prices are better then all other brands (except the crappy generic brands but they dont count)

Maybelline mascaras are to die for. They have just a great selection and good prices. However, I find that most of the liquid face products aren't as great, as they tend to cake up. The dream mousse items are really nice for a blendable look.

Very cheap product and I try to stay away from cosmetics that test on animals.

I hated Dream Matte Mousse. It left my face blotchy after an hour or so and it had a weird color to it. It was almost like a red-orange tone. It also left my skin feeling a bit oily. I wouldn't recommend this esp. not if you have sensitive skin!

I used the Maybelline Express eye liner. I thought it was great! I loved the taupe color. I can no longer find it at any store. What happened? It seems lately everything that was great, is gone. Also my favorite make-up by Revlon - Color stay they made it to soft flex or something. The coverage is not as good and it does not last all day. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I recently purchase the new mascara in the blue tube that also had an eyeshadow with it. I believe it was the new one with the curve brush. I was very dissappointed. Under a week the tube was dried, the mascara clumped and was so thick and almost gooey that I could not use it. I wasted money and under a week had to purchase more mascara which I did not appreciate. I would appreciate if you would contact me over this matter. (I still have the tube). Sincerely, Carmen J. The 5 stars are ONLY for the Dream Matte Foundation because that is all I have used from this line. I absolutely love this foundation. It only takes a little bit and it feels so natural and rubs right in. I will be using this product for many years to come.

I use 80% Maybeline products and I love them!

I would like to give it a 5 and maybe if I were a teen again, I would give it a 5. The mascara is good, all the makeup applies well, but none of the base is good for a person my age(38) and above I don't think. It is really obvious you don't have young skin anymore when you wear it.

Don't ever buy their mascara. I had such a bad reaction to it and I do not recommend it to anyone. However, they make some pretty darn good lipstick, and I like Forever Lipcolor #150 (which I'm wearing as we speak).
