Boumtje Boumtje has one of the all time great names in sports. However, his game was never that great. He had amazing size and good ability, but never escaped the label as a project.

Come on! The rating should take in to account dynamics like the guy's name, attitude, etc. His name is a 10, his game was a zero, bingo, you get 5!
