I actually have different experience when I was at United Central Bank over at Plano, TX. Yes, most of the employees are asian, and yes, most of them have accents. However, they are very very friendly, professional workers. They greet at the door, they offer me very completive products, not a huge bank but I think it's even better nowaday with all the big banks are have problems. I give at least 4 stars. :)

Poor management team, No morals, Not a great lace to work in, Not a happy environment, the products are sucks, hard to sell, The employees can not speak english well, mostly are chinese or vietnamese and not educated. There is no other nationalities in their branch rather than Chinese or Korean or vietnamese or bunch of pakistanies, Poor Customer service, No motivation among employees, no reward, a hostile work envirionment specially in CA branches... This bank sucks... I give it a rating of 1...
