Sport requires you to use your muscles. You can't relax by playing sports. Impossible.

If you were playing a sport, wouldn't that be like kind of exerting yourself. Not very relaxing. Now coming inside after playing a sport. Taking a long cool shower, sitting on the couch with a good book, a cup of cocoa and a crunchy apple in front of a fire place, or a fan, depending on the time of year. Now thats relaxing. Not dissing sports or anything. Maybe watching the game can be relaxing, if uyou're not cheering GO LEAFS or something like that.

How can getting all sweaty and stinky and out of breath be relaxing?
