when she is at her best and healthy i belive nobody in the past or present can beat her, the only reason she lost to serena in all those finals was becuase she was playing her little sister, if they wasn't related then venus would of killed her.

She danced just two summers... great potential but this is not enough to make a gifted player a all times best.

By looking at her game, she is definitely very dangerous... She has power, speed, range, and accuracy at her best performance... but too bad... she often got injuries because of her hardwork to be the stronger player. Just like Serena, they often had muscle injury... They cannot play as often as other players... but at their best, these two sisters seems so invincible. Even when they aren't play their best game, they could still win the match... cause they have so many other weapons to throw. Together with her kid sister, she leveled up the women tennis gameplay standards by increasing power and speed right after the end of twentieth century. And honestly, Venus is one of the most athlete-looking women in tennis beside Navratilova, Graf, and Serena Williams... her legs movement are excellent.

her career is still too short to judge about her position. great powergame, but less touch than her sister. not very much giftet strategically. also a bit weaker mentally than her younger sister. her game perhaps a bit limitated by just hitting hard groundstrokes. good player - but (perhaps: yet) not one of the greatest ones.

SINGLE HANDEDLY THE BEST THING EVER TO HAPPEN TO WOMAN'S TENNIS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS. I don't know how anyone can have anything but respect for this woman. If you can't beat her than you just aren't good enough. She will go down in history as one of the greats.

She looks even more awkward on the court than Serena does. It's the brute strength alone that lets her get away with that funny footwork. And don't get me started on their father Richard. He's as bad a tennis father as there has ever been, and let me tell you, there have been some hall-of-fame wackos on the tennis tour.
