10/06/2004 | Beautiful flowers. These don't need to be part of a bouquet to stand proud. One word of advice; cut the bud out of the middle otherwise you and your whole house will be orange!

06/19/2004 | My class flower was the Stargazer Lily, which was beautiful and went with our colors of red, black and silver. However, that day in the gym was a sweltering one and the smell of hundreds of lilies was nearly overwhelming. Many of us left the gymnasium feeling light-headed and nauseous, not to mention the headaches. Lovely flowers, but beware having too many in one place at one time . . .
