DAMON IS A YANKEE

Johnny is AWESOME. He's a great clubhouse guy and is the sparkplug of the World Champ Red Sox! How our leadoff man goes, so goes our offense. I believe his BA ended at like.307 so you can't complain about that. 97 rbis and 7 consecutive years scoring over 100 runs (arod the only other one). Plus he is a sweetheart. He signs the most autographs and gives a lot of his time to charities.

Johnny Damon was a pretty well-rounded hitter in 2004 that was in the 300s for batting. He didn't do so hot in the beginning of the Yankee series, though. But I did think that it was amazing in Game 7 how he had that Grand Slam.

Damon is a great player and he did so well last year! he was just a great all around player
