I like Paul's Porterhouse because it is not your typical high-end steakhouse. Don't get me wrong, the steaks are quality cuts and taste wonderful. But the inside is not stuffy like some other places. It feels cozy, romantic, and at times casual, just like you are eating at home. The decor really impressed me. They have all kinds of one-of-a-kind artwork everywhere: paintings, deerhead, birds, statuettes, etc. It's sort of like eating in a museum. Prime cut beef and original art. I love it, and recommend this place to anyone in Dallas looking for a special dinner.
