01/05/2006 | Far and away the most challenging expansion pack for "The Sims". Where the first several added some cool objects and elements of interaction, this one really requires some thought and planning if you are to take your Sims from commonplace to greatness. It has a lot of what made previous expansions great too, like cool new objects, more neighborhoods, randomly generated NPC's, and so forth, but its strength is that it doesn't just stop there. The down side is probably the slowdown that can occur when your PC has to generate all these goodies, but I find it to be worth the wait. It's still an expansion, and can't really compare to the novelty that the original "The Sims" was when it first came out, but it definitely does justice to the series, and will probably remain my favorite of all the expansions.
