Pajamas are just to sleep in. They don't need to be attractive. Just comfortable.

In bed or lounging around the house, just fine. The recent fashion of some teenagers wearing them all the time is a tad bemusing.

Don't like sleeping in them except in dead winter. I used to know a girl who wore her PJs to ballet class, though!

I have a collection of about two hundred! They (depending where you get them) are really comfortable, and while most are not going to win anybody a beauty contest, they still are great for around the house activities at night. Not to fond of seeing them worn as regular attire, though.

Sometimes I wish we could just wear our pajamas everyday, people may be more relaxed and friendly. I like both cotton and the silky kind. I like mine to have something whimsical or cartoonish on it.

There are some really cute styles available these days - I especially like the silky/statiny ones that look like they're right out of old 30's and 40's films. But, personally I haven't worn a pair since I had the kind with feet. Too restrictive - gowns or T shirts are more comfortable IMO.
