Even though I have never used a limo service, I am an unfortunate resident at the condos where they work from. One recent occasion, the driver was angrily honking (laying the horn) for probably 15 minutes, blocking other residents covered parking spaces, and causing many residents to come out to see what the problem was. No matter what people said, the pajama clad driver (also unshaven and dirty-looking), would do nothing. Then he began arguing with some man, who came out of another apt building with wads of cash for him. One lady was yelling for him to shut up, and another man came out and said his baby twins were crying like crazy because of the horn blasting. I am not exaggerating about this. This was crazy.
