At one point in time I walked down this road. I once worked for a company where the owner was fair and honest in his business deals but treated the lower labor force poorly. Middle management wasn't much better. Then I came along and the unchallenged powers found a worthy adversary.I was careful to stay within certain boundaries so that I couldn't be fired because the brown noses in the company would make sure that management was told about my comments. Often my sarcasm was mixed with humor which softened the more viscious attacks and other times it was safest not to mention any names. In the long run it didn't make any difference because they never got the message but I did enjoy the satisfaction of pointing out their flaws and hypocrisy. It's a fine line you must walk if you're going to do this and keep your job, so if you plan to remain in the job for a long time it's best not to say anything.
