Michael is amazing! He was efficient, professional, and wasn't only on time... he was early! (Something that I've struggled to find in services around here lately) Our carpet has seen a lot of spills & stains in the past few months & I was pretty skeptical of getting them to come out, but he was able to make our carpet look like new again. Miami Carpet Cleaning's services are as advertised, there are no extra costs, and the result is definitely worth the price! Our appt time was for 2 hours, and he made sure not to waste our time by staying any longer than scheduled. Plus, he's great to be around--friendly, professional--and he even fixed our vacuum cleaner that we were going to throw out, thinking it was just old. Definitely will be recommending him & using him again in the future. Thanks Mike!

Michael was awesome! He was prompt, professional and very informative. His prices were incredible and there were NO hidden costs! I am extremely satisfied with the services Miami Carpet Cleaning provided me from beginning to end. Michael was timely, professional and very knoweledgeable about his business. My carpet looks great; no complaints. The process was quick and Michael thoroughly informed me about the steps I must take to maintain the carpets. He even cleaned the grout in my kitchen, which was a nice getsture. All in all, I would highly reccomend this company, as the rates are lower than most.

Miami Carpet Cleaning did a great job for me again this year! They are reliable, offer good prices and do an excellent job cleaning carpets. They take their time and do a thorough job on heavy traffic spots and other areas needing special attention. The carpet now looks nice and smells fresh! Great Service amazing Job. I had a Spot on one of my carpets and Stanley Steamers could not get it out but Miami Carpet Cleaning got it out. Very professional and courteous and specially on time.

You guys showed up unlike the last company I called. You guys did a great job, the stairs look unbelievably clean. The citrus aroma filled my home for a few hours (Where can I purchase that at?) Grade "A" service all around. You can always count on a military man to do it right. We'll be calling you guys again the next time we need them cleaned.

Did a great job. The rotovac is definitely one of the better carpet cleaning methods I've seen. Pricing is very fair and accurate. A definite relief from the con artists that triple their price when they get to your home. I am using again in my new townhome.

Terrific, I took a Friday afternoon off of work to join Michael at my apartment and couldn't be happier. Even the stains which we assumed would come back, have yet to show up and it's been three days already. The apartment looks great and feels so much softer and cleaner - I'm not embarrassed to bring people over anymore!
Mike showed up on schedule and walked me through the process. He even left me some of the chemical he uses for the dog urine accidents and got the whole thing done in about 2 hours. Well worth it!

I hired your services because of all these comments, and because of your set prices. The other companies wanted $19 a room then raised their prices because my bedroom was more then 100 sqft. They were mad when I told them to leave! They even tried to charge me more because I live above the 3rd floor?????????? That doesnt make any sense. Anyway... your Technician Danny did a wonderful job the carpets have never looked this good before. I will use you guys again Thank you.

This company is awful. My boyfriend who lives at the Mirador used them... bad customer service, and bad carpet cleaning. Their prices are great, but you get what you pay for; poor service and poor quality of work.

I opened this company 3 years ago and never received a complaint on my work or prices.
