I wold think it would be easy to abuse,last summer I was in the hopital a few days and they gave me this,and when I let the hospital they gave more like 10 more,to take as needed the4y were the 7.5 mg which is very stongfor my body size,but they made me feeel good,not in pain after surgury,I felt so good in fact i decided I could go grocery shopping.well all of a sudden walking down the aisle I falll asleep and walk into a display,these pills do work if your in pain.but you really need tostay at home..after you injest them until you find out how you will react.

I took some today and felt really really good and everything was all euphoric. It made ALL my pain go away too. I only took one oxycodone. I really enjoyed the experience. -BE SAFE

Listed as a higher grade of narcotic, I think, than Vicodin, so it has a more intensely euphoric effect. I used to take it on and off for my migraines, alternating sometimes with Vicodin. As time went on, I became emotionally addicted to it, and began taking it just to get high. And that high was wonderful, let me tellya. I've never been as happy in my life as I was when whacked out on pain-killers (pathetic as that is to admit). The problem is that the high might be intense, but so is the crash, and the hangover. After awhile, inevitably, you're going to need to take more and more to feel the euphoria, and, just as inevitably, you're going to become physically addicted, necessitating the need to go down some illicit and potentially-dangerous paths to procure the drug, as any doctor worth his salt isn't going to prescribe it to you forever. Doctor-shopping is illegal, and I'm not sure of the legality of all these websites (supposedly from Mexican and overseas pharmacies) that sell these drugs to you on-line. I was tempted to resort to that on occasion, but thankfully, I never went down that self-destructive road. I have a friend who did...he began taking pain-killers to fight his alcoholism (he may be my friend, but he ain't very bright). Just recently, he was visited in his office by DEA agents. Nothing came of it, but he's obviously on their radar now. For me, that would have been a wake-up call. For my friend? A relatively small speed-bump on the road to chemical Nirvana. Percocet can make you feel absolutely crummy, and it can seriously affect your mood and make you paranoid. I've stayed away from it for several years now, and I would recommend others do too, unless you need it on a temporary basis for serious pain issues.

Seems to be a common *extreme pain* pill. Easy to become addicted, so always made me wary.
