Aleve works very well, although the liquid gels are kinda big to swallow.

Naproxen is basically Alieve. It comes in 2 strengths as a prescription medication: 375mg and 500mg. Alieve OTC is 220mg. Naproxen is an excellent Anti-Inflammatory and has the advantage of BID (twice a day) dosing which simplifies taking it. Remember, as with all anti-inflammatories, exceeeding the recommended dosage can lead to bleeding in the intestines and/or kidney damage.
