A breast is a terrible thing to reduce especially when so many woman are looking to enlarge. Most guys I have talked to shudder at the thought and I have to agree. There are situations where it is a good idea but be aware there will be a lot of scaring and you could end up looking like frankentits, just one guys opinion.

Back trouble?

This is something that is done usually for a good reason. Huge breasts can limit your ability to play in sports or give you back and shoulder problems.

I have very large breasts. I am proud of my womanly figure. I am not ashamed to nicely and tastefully show what I have under classy clothing. I think we should be proud of our bodies rather than radically change ourselves. And the back problems? Get a minimizer or a underwire bra. Ladies, It works!

i can understand why some women would have breat reduction. I have heard of very large busted woman who have all kinds of problems such as back pain, hunched shoulders etc. not to mention some of the limits larger busted women must have that others may take for granted. It is understandable why many would want this surgery.

Seems more medical than cosmetic. I don't think I've ever heard of a breast reduction done for vanity reasons, which in my book, would put in very low on the pointlessness scale.

Not at all pointless. Women who have overly huge breasts often suffer from back pain from all the extra weight, not to mention the social problem of having others assume that one has certain sexual tendencies (i.e. being a slut) just because of the size of your breasts. This procedure could be very helpful for those who need it.
