 | Tweazer (11) 04/29/2005 | I'm sorry but you people don't know what you're talking about. I tummy tuck isn't to remove fat. That's liposuction. A tummy tuck is to remove skin and tighten muscle that has been stretched out after losing weight or having a baby. Unfortunately, it doesn't always bounce back to shape, especially as you get older and exercise isn't always enough. It is possible to have great abs under loose and flabby looking skin. Thats gross and is a real killer to self esteem.
