I can't stand the double standard of women....Most of them say it's vain for a man to get a hair transplant....probably as they are making an appointment for for their breast implants, varicose vein removal, tummy liposuction, and Botox treatments. If they can spend millions of dollars to feel better about themselves, then why can't men?

Hair loss for men can be acceptable, but for women... no. That's why a lot of them choose hair replacement and hair transplant. And this technique isn't what it used to be. Today, a scientific approach has been instituted. The people who are in need of these procedures are given thoughtful care and analysis before they receive their new look. I know several people who have been a recipient of this new approach.

bald is sexy on a lot of guys. If your hairline is receeding just shave it off and it will look good in my opinion!

You are only thinking about old people, but I know a guy who's just turned 20 and his getting bold, he's been considering hair transplant as an option, and I don't think him vain. People can be very cruel sometimes, and he is only 20... Anyway, I don't actually know if it works... But you shouldn't misjudge people for having a hair transplant, you never know how depressing it can be... or how it can affect sby's life.

If it goes, it goes. Don't waste the money. Donate it to charity instead.

Not sure why people put themselves through this clearly painful looking form of cranial crop rotation...If I was balding I'd just simply shave my head...much more appealling...leave the agricultural experiments to farmers and other experts in the field of horticulture...last thing u want is a plague of locusts attacking you

Hair plugs are usally about as obvious as wearing a sign on your face that says, Hey, check out my new hair!

to be honest with you if my hair gets really thin as I get older (it's already really fine) I would get hair transplants. No one wants to be the bald woman, unless they shaved their head for cancer or they like the look, but those are entirely different circumstance.

Personally, as someone with male pattern baldness, I have zero interest in this, and minimal respect for those who undertake it.

Hair loss is a fact of life for men as they age, and not only is a sign of maturity but of high testosterone level as well. Why fight it? Then again, never underestimate the power of vanity.
