I love the Dead but I can't stand this asswipe. Too bad it was Jerry Garcia and not him who passed on. Maybe that's a bit strong. He is the absolute pits as an announcer....and what a hypocrite. When he played for coach Wooden, he was the biggest pain in the ass of them all

As much as I dislike him as an NBA commentator, the man is not a jerk. I saw him at a Sweet Sixteen game in San Jose, and he's basically just a big, goofy, friendly guy. He was talking with everyone, signing autographs, smiling the whole time. Good guy, bad announcer.
