He can make you say wow, but he hasn't made Charlotte any better than they were, though I think we could use him in Milwaukee. He needs to make Charlotte better to move up to a four.

I was really wrong about JRich. When the Warriors took him over Shane Battier a few years ago, I was bitter. I saw this guy as just another fantastic athlete who didn't know how to play basketball, and who would be a bad clubhouse guy.

That hasn't turned out to be the case. He has improved every year in the league, and is now an elite player. A few weeks ago, he organized and bankrolled a full page ad apologising to notoriously loyal Warriors fans for not making the playoffs, and offering two free tickets to the first 500 warriors fans that responded. On the ad were the signatures of all of the players (oddly, no coaches or execs signed it). This is a pretty big chunk of change, and it's odd to see players taking full responsibility for not winning.

JRich has come a way, and I hope he bounces back from knee surgery. And I'm not just saying that because he's on my rotisserie team.

He is the definition of "upside", and I feel he will prove it in the next two seasons.

Great Dunking contest last year. Seems to have problems this year - perhaps being no. 2 behind Antawn! ;-)
