02/22/2005 | I have to say he is amazing. Although I would like to give him a 4.5 or a 4.8, I have no choice but to round up. Not because he isn't a great bassist, but because there are other bassists on here that deserve higher position on the chart (and not necessarily higher then Flea).
Anywho. Flea is a great musician with hands slapping at unparralleled speeds (pardon my spelling.) I would love to learn how to play like Flea. I should go into hiding and just practice for years by myself. Maybe I could be nearly as good then? Meh.. Never happen.

09/14/2003 | He rocks. I don't know what's in him, but what I do know is that the man has eleven brains - one in his head (albeit a defective one ;)) and one in each finger. The bass in the song Pea is one of the great bass parts of all time. Every bassist in the world should be looking up to this guy.
