They should be called viruses instead of Spams.

Vile and nefarious. The schmegma of the CyberAge. If you want it to stop, raise your right hand and make the Boulder Pledge: The Boulder Pledge Under no circumstances will I ever purchase anything offered to me as the result of an unsolicited e-mail message. Nor will I forward chain letters, petitions, mass mailings, or virus warnings to large numbers of others. This is my contribution to the survival of the online community. I do recall that once I did receive an E-Mail announcing that I won the Porn Lottery (Strange: I don't remember even buying a ticket).

The best one I had was NEW BALLS FOR DAD. My intuition got the better of me....ok so it was harmless it was spam mail about getting some personalised golf balls for your dad on Father's Day. :-p Oh come on you thought it too.

The only people I know who have real SPAM issues all have Hotmail accounts. So far, I am convinced that there are few (if any) legal solutions to SPAM as I have explained in another list. The solution most likely will have to come from better software, filters, etc. Nevertheless, there are much more irritating and costly problems with the Internet (eg viruses, worms and pop-up ads) than SPAM. Nevertheless, as another commented noted, it is dangerous to click the remove me link as all you may be doing is flagging your email address as active. Also, and again as another comment noted, if some efficient filter is not developed, SPAM may break the system.

Spam, spam, spam.... I hate spam not only is it annoying but impossible to getaway from. Edible Spam (the stuff in the can) on the other hand is great.

60% of all email is now Spam, according to a recent study... and this number is growing every day. Unless something changes, Spam will eventually break email, and stop it from being an effective form of communication.

Really, I don't think these are that annoying. They dont take much time to get rid of, you just click delete and they go away. I guess if you get alot, press delete really fast and accidentally delete an email you really did want to read it could be bad, but other then that, I think people shouldnt mind so much.

It's very annoying and I hate them because I'm a regular hotmail user. Lot's of ppl I know get spam.
