No one could have prevented 9/11 from happening. But to give Clinton much credit for foreign policy (and to deny Ronald Reagan his proper due as the man who did most to end the Cold War) is ludicrous and plain absurd. Was Somalia something to be proud of? President Clinton can be hailed for many other things, but foreign policy was not his strong suit.

He didn't know what he was doing! His administration could have prevented September 11 and other terrorist attacks if they just would have acted out more strongly against the terrorists!
