08/15/2003 | Avril is the worst dressed celebrity in my opinion.
Why? Well, for starters:
She wears a tie with shirts like tube tops or halters.
And she wears these big-ass chains on these skinny little slacks.
Also, the socks on the hands, The extreme mix-matching, the lame attempts to be punk/goth/bohemian.
I wonder if this girl gets dressed in the dark?
