He well could be a player, but he has to watch not shooting himself in the foot by playing around with McCain's Gang of Fourteen.

If McCain ever comes to a sudden stop and bends over, watch for the imprint of Lindsey's face.

Lindsey appears to be shaping up to be the John McCain we knew and now miss. He's solidly Republican but will rise above Party politics when the issue is important.

Oh, isn't this jerkoff one of the most prominent political hacks involved in that totally unnecessary impeachment of Bill Clinton? I remember him being barely able to contain his jollies while interviewed on TV at the time as Mudbubba twisted in the wind over something that was nobody's business. Now that the Bush Administration is both prepetuating war crimes abroad and eviscerating civil liberties in this country (illogically for the sake of promoting freedom in other parts of the world), why isn't this turd speaking out for morality, probity and the sanctity of human life, which are all false, phoney baloney buzzwords dear to his mentally retarded poltiical party? Why isn't he expressing the true anguish and disenchantment of 70% of this nation, or was parroting the artifical outrage farted out by his party back in the Monica days more politically expedient? Why? Because he's just another gladhanding opportunist ideologue out for himself and those hooked in with him. Another emptysuit liar. Another Republican pile of crap. There seems to be thousands of these scattered across the American political turf. Don't kid yourself...

Sen. Graham is one of our sharpest sneators. He seems the best interests of South Carolina and the country in mind with every action. I am specifically proud of the action he in being a part of the Group of 14. He aslo has a wonderful sense of humor and is thoughtful. He stands up to the administration when his conscience tells him he must, like on the issue of torture. He has been hones with the country about Iraq and the chance we have of succeeding there. He asks tough and penetrating questions of officials in committee hearings. The first stance he took that I liked was on trade. He went against the grain of the party and voted "no" on CAFTA. He made his 'South Carolina pockets' floor statment and said "If we are not here to fight for American jobs then I do not no what we are here for." I appreciate him standing up for American jobs. I know he will be a leader. Sen. McCain thinks he looks like an attractive vice presidential candidate. I tend to agree, but wish him to stay in the Senate, where he could do more good for the country at this particular time.
