About the Chappaqudic.. that is so bad! He willingly let his pregnant girlfriend, Mary Jo Kopechne, DIE so he wouldn't have to deal with the consequences! He saved himself, and didn't even report her missing until the NEXT DAY! Awful!

It would be great to remove this great open border Senator. His role and vote during the 1986 Amnesty helped put terrorists in our homeland. Presently, he wants to keep the millions of foreign invaders here to stay; and become overnight citizens. No more Immigration Laws. No employer enforcement laws. No Border Fences. No assimilation or language requirement. But a four state territorial takeover by foreigners. However he cannot tell us EVEN ONE illegals name, purpose, present health or whereabouts within our country! What a breach of security! Senator Kennedy is a bloated blowhard. He represents his Spanish cohorts and betrays our countrymen. He doesn't care that our children attend schools in border states comprised mostly of Mexican anchor babies.(We need to revise the anchor baby law to specifically state the parents to be citizens.) Our children get harrassed, abused, beatened, and killed by foreigners who also carry diseases that spread among our population. Kennedy is on the "Roll Call Of Shame" who approves of the Super Highway from Mexico to Canada. American Truckers don't want their jobs undermined by the foreign trucks coming in. Especially since they won't be required to learn our language, laws, or return to their point of origin. Unsupervised foreigners are still poring thru the porous border, and our safety is unknown. They outnumber our Border Patrol, and are better equipped for battle than our defenders there. Senator Kennedy, you are a disgrace to office, and a non-representative to the citizens of this great country. You have no rating of good deeds, and fall amongst the scum list of our society with Michael Moore, Jane Fonda, and Jimmy Carter. Condemning America to our enemies...

Agree or disagree with Kennedy, the man is a true American political icon. I agree with him on many issues, but I thoroughly disagree with on several others including his immigration policy. I am tired of my tax dollars going to support individuals that are not taxpayers themselves and don't want to play by the rules. Send them all back to Mexico, drastically increase fines on employers that hire illegals and fine property owners that rent to illegals and close and secure the borders. The problems created by allowing illegals to run rampant in this country far outweigh the advantages of allowing them to become a vast cheap labor resource for corporate exploitation. Our immigration policies are ridiculous. I consider myself very liberal on some issues, but very conservative on others. I would however, personally like to share a bottle of Chivas Regal with Senator Kennedy off of the record entirely and ask him some really nut-busting questions about some very sensitive topics and get his true opinions on them. One of the questions that I would really like to ask him would be what his true feelings are concerning who killed his brothers and why.

He is an extremely misunderstood senator, he is never taken seriously be anyone on the right, nobody even wants to debate this man because the right wing knows that he can absolutely slaughter them in a debate. Ted Kennedy has been around 40 years in the Senate and he's one of the best there is. I'm rating him based on his legislative performance and not his personal life. His personal life gets a 0 but Legislatively he gets a 5.

Let me start off by saying I am a conservative republican who lives in Massachusetts and all I have to say is this man does not represent me. He is a propagandist if there ever was one, no problem with social security? then how come every so many years taxes have to go up to pay for it? Now it is in real trouble with really not enough people to fund it. Iraq is no quagmire, the elections went very well and the council is beginning to write a Constitution. This guy needs to get his head out of the gutter and face facts, and get the bottle away from his lips and sobre up. We should enact term limits here in Massachusetts just to keep idiots like this from having their life-long profession be that of an idiotic senator.

i think ol'Teddy has been around too long and has committed one too many indiscretions to be taken seriously. he is a whipping boy for conservatives that have no pointed attacks and just want to throw mud. Why Massachusetts spawns some of the politicians it does, I'm not sure. This guy is pompous, arrogant,and in many respects a hypocrite. He has traded on his family name to get in power and stay in power. His liberalism in some areas I can accept, but his positions on several issues are totally inconsistent with what his faith is avowed to be, which is why I characterize him as a hypocrite. Also, the passage of time does not erase his disgraceful behavior at Chappaquiddick.
